Response times

The hosted instance is operated on a best-effort basis. Replies usually arrive within a few working days; security and privacy requests take priority. There is no on-call rotation and no premium support tier.

For self-hosted deployments, the documentation and the issue tracker are usually the fastest way to find an answer.
