Desktop app

Your slides. Your screens.

Present from Citet, VS Code, or Neovim. Plain slides fill the presentation screen, while your notes and next slide stay on your screen.

On Windows, open the installer. On Linux, including Arch, extract the download, open the Citet Presenter folder, and double-click Citet-Presenter. Click Install and open to add it to your application launcher and register presentation links. No terminal or administrator password is needed. You can delete the extracted download afterward.

Then right-click Present in Citet and choose Open in Citet Presenter. Citet remembers your choice. With two screens, slides use the external display and notes stay on your laptop automatically. With three or more, choose the slides screen and then the presenter screen. Present shows a loading indicator until the slides are ready. In VS Code, run Citet: Present; in Neovim, use :CitetPresent. Compile your project first.

Right-click the presenter view to choose displays for slides and notes, or swap them. Pause, resume, and reset the timer beside the elapsed time. Use the arrow keys to advance, F for fullscreen, B to blank the screen, and Esc to finish. Your display choice is remembered.

Shipout animations, slide reveals, media, and PDF presentations use the same player as Citet. The app also works with self-hosted Citet servers.
